Read on for details about these and other improvements now available in your environment.
Platform Enhancements
Power BI for Ad Hoc Reporting
To improve your Power BI experience, we have built a new data model that incorporates your custom Accounting Hierarchies, Custom Fields, and more. This update allows you to build your own ad hoc reports using financials, asset and loan attributes, occupancy history, and more – with automatic updates when you make changes in Pereview.
You can currently report on:
Financial data, including account hierarchies and custom metrics
Asset-level attributes, including roles, critical dates, and Custom Fields
Loan-level attributes and loan schedules
Occupancy history over time
Financial model data (available on request)
More datasets are on the way, including rent roll and projected returns.

Custom Forms for Ownership and Loan records
You can now create and assign Custom Forms to Ownership and Loan objects in addition to Assets as previously released. This enhancement allows you to track data elements unique to you over time, with the ability to report on those elements throughout the application.
With this update, you can now track more nuanced investment details throughout the lifecycle, improving compliance, documentation, and reporting.
How to use it:
Go to Admin > Site > Custom Forms, select a Type (Ownership or Loan), and build your form just like you would for assets. Loans now include a Loan Type filter (All, Debt Only, Financing Only) for added flexibility.

Drag-and-Drop File Upload
We’ve replaced the “Add File” button in Data Upload with a modern drag-and-drop upload zone.
This change applies across all Data Upload workflows. This new interface is easier to use and sets the stage for future AI-powered ingestion workflows, giving you a faster, smarter way to handle document intake. Simply drag your files into the upload area in Admin > Data Upload.
Property Type Colors in Ownership Map
Pins on the Ownership map now reflect the same property type color scheme used in your main dashboard, so multifamily, office, industrial, and other types are visually consistent across the platform. Color cues will help you quickly interpret your portfolio from within the map. This ensures visual consistency and makes it easier to spot trends and navigate by property type.
MappedIn Integration (With MappedIn Licence)
If your firm uses MappedIn for indoor or spatial mapping, you can now view that data directly in Pereview asset views, adding powerful spatial context to properties with complex layouts. This integration enhances asset visualization for multifamily, mixed-use, and retail portfolios by bringing floor plans and spatial data into your daily workflow.
A MappedIn license is required to use this update. Contact Pereview Support to enable and configure this integration for your environment.
