| View in browser Hi Friend,   We’re excited to introduce the latest enhancements to Pereview, designed to boost efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance data integration. In this release, you’ll find new features that improve how you manage financial data, track workflows, and access reporting tools. Below you'll find full details about these updates, as well as information on workflow capabilities to help you get the most out of Pereview. Store trial balance beginning and end balances Phase 1 of this new functionality introduces the ability to store both beginning and ending balances from trial balance reports, in addition to the period activity, for enhanced financial tracking. Future developments (Phase 2) will focus on reports for validation and troubleshooting, ensuring data accuracy throughout the submission process. Workflow updates To streamline processes and ensure timely notifications, we've made some updates to our workflow functionality.   Workflow reminders allow you to set a due date on a workflow task and send a reminder before it is due or a late reminder if it is past due. Event-driven workflows by property status can be triggered by any asset change, ensuring timely notification, as well as improved tracking and task completion.
