We have re-architected our global search and search pages for Investments, Ownership, Financing, Dispositions. This will eliminate duplicates, missing items, and the need for admins to refresh the index, resulting in more accurate and comprehensive search results. We have also added search filters within the grid view for refining results, as well as a convenient feature that allows users to collapse all left-side filters to enhance visibility and make it easier to focus on search results.
Database Improvements to Address Sync Issues
Each Pereview client has two databases to handle transactional data and reporting needs. We are making changes to the way data synchronization occurs between these databases. Previously, some data was only available after a nightly refresh. With this update, we are seeking to reduce synching issues and provide you with access to more up-to-date data immediately. Initially, this change will impact Portfolios, Ownership, and Property Types. We plan to expand these improvements to other areas in the near future to provide a smoother and more synchronized experience across the board.
.NET Upgrade for Web Project
To create a more modern solution with improved performance, security, and stability, we are continuing to invest in the .NET platform and upgraded web project. This ongoing effort will ensure that Pereview continues to meet your evolving needs.
Last Update for APIs
We have made improvements to our outbound APIs to ensure that you can search on the Last Update Date to pull only the most recent data needed for your data warehouse or internal reporting needs.
Move to Azure DB
To provide you with the most advanced, reliable, and secure solution, we have begun the process of upgrading to Microsoft’s latest database platform, Azure DB. This update ensures you will continue to get the best performance from Pereview for years to come.
